Tony’s Treehouse has NO PAID STAFF! 100% Volunteer Operated!

The Treehouse provides a variety of opportunities for those who would like to participate.  Here are a few ways you and your children can reach out to the community. We’re always open to new ideas and partnership opportunities!

GIVE YOUR TIME:

  • STEVEN’S BLESSING BAGS: In loving memory of Steven Hernandez, our volunteers gather to assemble 100’s of CareKits for our homeless brothers and sisters in Orange County, CA.  Bags include everyday hygiene items, first aid kits, socks, blankets, and other needed supplies as donations allow.
  • FAMILY OUTREACH: Tony’s Treehouse provides everyday needs such as food staples, laundry/household supplies, and personal care items for the working poor and needy families in our Orange County community.  Individuals are identified in many ways including our local public school system and the Boys and Girls Club.
  • ADOPT-A-FAMILY PROGRAM: Initiative during the holidays for local families dealing with financial struggles. Volunteers rally together with friends and co-workers to personally buy gifts (we provide an information sheet on the family), or our volunteers of Tony’s Treehouse will shop for you, wrap your gifts, and deliver them to the family in need. We identify qualified families and work in conjunction with the local Boys and Girls Club as well as Orange County-based Nonprofit group, Illumination Foundation (ifhomeless.org), and our local public school system.
  • THE TONY MARTINEZ SCHOLARSHIP: Allocates funds to send school children on special field trips and summer/winter camp. Qualified children are identified through the local Boys & Girls Club.
  • ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:
  • Assist in the preparation and set-up for our events – manpower and muscle is always welcome!
  • Organize a Food Drive to benefit our local Orange Country residents in partnership with the Laguna Food Pantry
  • Gather a team of co-workers to participate in the Adopt-A-Family program during the holidays.
  • Initiate a Gift Box collection for students in a local elementary school.  Classmates love to decorate shoe boxes, and fill them with pencils, crayons, candy, and other treats for children less fortunate than themselves. Boxes are given away to identified needy families.

GIVE YOUR TALENTS:

  • Cook for holiday dinners served to our needy families during the holidays
  • Creativity is always welcome to assist with publications, posters, and event planning ideas
  • Website update assistance periodically during the year –  any volunteer hours available would be put to good use!
  • Social Media Design assistance to maintain our Facebook/Instagram pages enabling our supporters to stay connected with our events

GIVE YOUR FUNDS:

We have no governmental or corporate funding… 100% private donations keep us up and running.

Whatever amount you decide to contribute, rest assured that your generous gift will be utilized to its fullest potential to uplift the children and families who rely on our support. Thanks to our in-home office, we keep our overhead minimal, allowing us to dedicate resources primarily to essential items like printing, office supplies, liability insurance, postage, and fees necessary for maintaining our 501(c)3 Nonprofit status. Your contributions will make a direct and meaningful impact on the programs and families we are proud to assist!

Non-Profit 501(c)3 Federal Tax ID: #33-0886578
